Despite the fact that Insight Vision GmbH is a young company, we have extensive experience in the design of interiors and supervising construction projects. Our job is to create an interior where it is comfortable to be and where every square meter is optimally furnished for harmony and cosiness.

Insight Vision consists of a team of professionals, led by interior designer Marina Oleynik and project manager Alex Blommestijn. The office is located in the city centre of Wiesbaden, in the heart of Western Europe, just 15 minutes’ away from one of the largest airports in Europe. Insight Vision focuses on global projects. By partnering with various local experts, we are flexible to deliver projects anywhere in the world. We speak English, German, Russian and Dutch.
Over the years, a multitude of designs created in apartments, villas, offices, cafes, restaurants and hotels, all with different sizes and budgets. The design and creation of interiors is a complex process, previous setbacks have helped us to get better and better. Thanks to this extensive experience, we can design and manage complex projects. We regularly visit the largest professional trade fairs, seminars and master classes. This allows us to stay abreast of global trends and design new impressive interiors.
Graduated in 2007 cum laude from the Moscow State University as an interior designer. She worked from 2006 till 2008 in the design studio of the famous Moscow interior designer Diana Balashova. In 2008 Marina made a decision to leave her job as an interior designer and start an interior design company in Russia. She started an independent career as an interior designer in Russia and created numerous interiors for dozens of private and corporate customers.
Worked for 11 years at the largest restoration institution in Netherlands, Amsterdam Stadsherstel N.V.
As project manager of restoration projects he developed many projects in and around Amsterdam. He developed a boutique hotel with about 50 beds in the centre of Haarlem, an old church building converted in to office space and several canal houses in Amsterdam city centre.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Built Environment (specialization Project management and Real Estate) and work experience as a project manager in Real Estate he started a new study to expand his knowledge in real estate development. He studied at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and graduated in 2013 with the degree of Master of Science in Real Estate.
